Went here for the first time. Had left an upscale restaurant earlier in the morning on Miami Beach and stopped here on my way back home. The seafood was soooo good and way better than what I had earlier and so much cheaper. I will certainly be back whenever I am in the area.
We came here just to buy fish and get some conch. Surprisingly they have some from Belize! Expensive of course but couldn’t expect less but the quality was great! We also bought some snapper and red tail fish! In my opinion, the pricing is nice and they already gut the fish. You can ask them to clean it more after purchase your fish. A pro tip: bring cash because they have a surcharge if you purchase with cash. I did purchase two big red snapper, two red tail fish, 2 pounds of white shrimp, and a pound of conch for about 70. All fresh of course. It’s a deal for me.

The best FRESH fried fish in town and the best homemade beans. This place never disappoints. There is always a line and worth the wait! Fish market and outdoor restaurant. Limited seating. Park near by to eat at if you choose.
The market has a wide range of fresh and frozen fish and seafood. We were very happy with our local snapper. They cut the fish into filets for us and also gave us the heads and tails so we could make broth. Will certainly come back.
I am an avid fisherman, who does not eat fish out the store because it’s old and has been frozen for God knows how long. But this place I will buy and eat the fish here. When I walked into the fish market I could smell how fresh the fish was like it was fresh off the dock. But you can also tell by checking the color of the gills and seeing if the scales are peeling off. I was super surprised and so glad I found this place. This is my go to for fish period.
The best Minuta and fried jumbo shrimp in town. Make sure to go early or after 2:30pm if you want to get fresh food to eat. The lines get long but goes by quickly.

This visit I brought: Lobster Tails, Jumbo Tiger Shrimp, Med Shrimp & a Whole Salmon Fillet (for my Birthday Dinner) I tired a recipe I saw online for the Lobster: Slow Smoked Buttered Garlic Parmesan Lobster Tails. It was a Instant Hit Grilled Brown Sugar Glazed Salmon, & I Grilled the Shrimp also..
